My husband and I placed an order for Giant King Crab to be delivered on New Year Eve. Unfortunately it was not delivered as scheduled for whatever reason. When we contacted Maine Lobster on the day delivery was scheduled, we were told if the order eventually arrive, we were not to refuse the delivery and a “new” delivery would be sent out, overnight. Fortunately, the duplicate order did arrive as Customer Service promised, and we were thrilled Maine Lobster followed through as promised.

We bought 2 - 1.5 pounders and 2 pounds of clams for our step-mother in Florida, which arrived on New Years Eve. She is a Maine native who loves her seafood. We normally get her a gift card for $100. It was so worth spending a little more this year, giving her the pleasure of enjoying FRESH Maine seafood. She will always remember this year's Christmas/New Year surprise.
Lobster meat was fresh, tender and sweet. Would definitely buy this lobster meat again without hesitation. Much better for me to buy it this way instead of whole lobsters that you have to peel. This meat will spoil you, just love it.

Outstanding as always! We left New England in 2017 after a lifetime of enjoying lobster thinking we may never have lobster again. As we moved on to North Carolina and then Texas we discovered your company. We didn’t know what to expect shipping live lobsters. We’ve lost count how many times we placed orders. And we started trying additional items particularly mussels and shrimp. And most recently we tried the Maine blueberry pie. And I have to mention the customer service - always a friendly voice with the information we need.
Now, if only you delivered to Italy where my daughter lives! Thank you for supplying us with delicious lobsters to add to our family celebrations and holidays!
