How to Prepare your Lobster Roll Kit
Step 1:
Unpack your Lobster Roll Kit and make sure all of our top-quality ingredients are included. Here is what should be in your package:
1-2lbs. Fresh Maine Lobster Meat(TCK) Or (CK)
6 Split-Top Brioche Buns
6 Bags of 2oz. Fox Family Chips
1 Jar of Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Mayo
1 Stick Of Kate's Of Maine Butter
Step 2:
Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl and place in your Fresh Lobster Meat. Scoop some Farmhouse Mayo into the mixing bowl as well (as much as you desire), then mix the mayo in neatly, by hand, with the lobster meat until blended well.
(OPTIONAL): If you want to skip the mayo altogether, go ahead and keep your Fresh Lobster Meat in the bowl by itself, grab yourself a stick of Kate’s Sea-Salted Butter, and throw some in the microwave (or stove-top) until fully melted.
Step 3:
Let’s get your Split-Top Brioche Buns ready! Bust out a pan on low/medium heat, or you can use your grill if you’d like. Gently place your buns onto the pan or grill until slightly browned on each side. Grab a large serving plate (or individual plates) and place your buns open-faced on the plate(s). Get ready for the best part!
Step 4:
Carefully (or generously) fill your brioche buns with this amazing Fresh Lobster Meat. Depending on how many Lobster Rolls you are making, fill them up accordingly. If you decided to melt your Kate’s Butter, this is now your time to pour that melted butter all over the top of that lobster meat.
Step 5:
Grab your 2oz. Bags of Fox Family Chips and disperse those to yourself and your guests. If desired, garnish your Lobster Rolls with some fresh parsley or other herbs you have in your pantry. Then VOILA! Your Lobster Rolls have fully been assembled and are ready to be devoured. Good, right?
