I was pleased to receive the 2 pounds of lobster meat, delivered right on time! The pieces were extremely fresh and tasty. An expensive indulgence, but I made 8 people very happy with my Thanksgiving lobster side salad!
My only suggestion in the whole process is to figure out a more sustainable way to ship the meat without using styrofoam. thanks!
Every once in awhile a deal like this comes up. The broken tails are just as good as the perfect ones at a 40% discount or about. Never know what you'll get so maybe keep them just for you! I received 13 4oz tails and butter poached them in 2 batches. Very tender and moist...delicious.
Biggest tails I've ever seen. These were so good, I cooked them in the smoker. Was nice to have just one thing for dinner and have it be lobster, one is enough for a meal. Was a pretty good deal but probably won't get them any more. I usually get the 8-10oz and have something else with them. I saw these and thought it would be cool to try them, they were so good. I'd definitely recommend them. I'm just not into spending this much on dinner all the time.
We had these on Thanksgiving Day. We sent pictures to our friends telling them this is what turkey looks like in Florida. LOL. Quite an upgrade.

These lobster tails were excellent! They arrived in perfect condition, beautifully packaged, and still frozen with no sign of defrosting. They actually arrived earlier than I would have expected having come cross country. We steamed them following your instructions and served them with a butter, garlic, lemon dip. They exceeded our expectations! We will definitely want to order from you again. I am anxious to try your lobster rolls, In live lobsters as well. As transplants from the NorthEast to the West Coast, we were delighted at this very next best option to sitting there in Maine at a lobster shack enjoying this delicacy to the fullest. We definitely plan to order again.
