Jonah crab has been sustainably harvested in Maine for generations, but rapidly warming waters have moved much of the population into colder waters just north of our shores. Today, we responsibly source Jonah Crab in the waters of Nova Scotia and the Gulf of St. Lawrence, though we also work with local fisheries in Maine whenever possible.
 
Our Sea Scallops are harvested off the North Atlantic Coast, specifically ranging from New Bedford, Massachusetts to Halifax, Nova Scotia.
 
North Atlantic Shrimp are wild-caught in the cold Canadian waters of the North Atlantic Ocean.

In order to bring you a truly memorable seafood experience and keep our products as fresh as possible, all frozen items are shipped with gel packs or dry ice. Dry ice is not hazardous to food and will not contaminate it. In fact, these cooling methods, alongside our own nitrogen freezing process, help keep your seafood at ideal temperatures during shipping and ensure they taste just like they are fresh from the dock.

Crab Meat offers a whopping 16 grams of protein per 3 oz. serving. Crab Meat also contains vitamins B12 and C, and the antioxidants zinc and selenium. Zinc helps support bone mass and immune function, while selenium aids in preventing cellular damage. And there’s more. Crab Meat is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which help lower inflammation and can reduce the risk of heart disease.

Sea Scallops:

Sea Scallops offer a range of vitamins and minerals that can be beneficial to your health. Scallops contain high levels of zinc, which can help balance hormones and improve memory. Preparing Susan’s Seafood Stuffing Is Easy
Susan’s Seafood Stuffing comes fully prepped and ready for the oven.
 

Keep frozen until ready to use. Let thaw under refrigeration.
Preheat oven to 350℉. Remove plastic wrap over container.
Place Susan’s Seafood Stuffing on a pan on the center rack of the oven. Cook 20-25 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!
