Simple Instructions for Storing and Thawing Snow Crab

We’ll help you maintain your snow crab at the highest quality possible.

Keep frozen at or below 0℉.

Thaw under refrigeration at or below 38℉.

For quick thawing, place frozen package in cool water for 20 to 30 minutes until contents are flexible.

Once thawed, immediately use or refrigerate.
Do not allow food to warm above 38℉ prior to cooking.

Here's how you can prepare delicious Snow Crab Leg Meat Rolls using the ingredients provided:

Ingredients:
- 1 lb of wild-caught snow crab leg meat
- 6 split-top brioche New England rolls
- 1 stick of Kate's of Maine butter
- 1 jar of Stonewall Kitchen's mayo
- 6 bags of Fox Family potato chips (for serving)

Instructions:
Thaw the Snow Crab Meat - If your snow crab leg meat is frozen, thaw it in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Once thawed, gently pat it dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.

Prepare the Brioche Rolls - Preheat your oven or stovetop grill to lightly toast the brioche rolls.
- Melt about half of the stick of Kate's of Maine butter in a small pan.
- Brush the insides of the split-top brioche rolls with the melted butter.
- Toast the rolls in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or on the stovetop over medium heat until golden brown and crisp. Set aside.

Mix the Snow Crab Meat with Mayo - In a bowl, gently mix the snow crab leg meat with about 2 to 3 tablespoons of Stonewall Kitchen's mayo. Start with a smaller amount of mayo, adding more based on your desired creaminess.

Optionally, season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor (optional ingredients).
Assemble the Crab Rolls

Open each toasted brioche roll and generously fill them with the snow crab and mayo mixture.

Drizzle or spread a little more melted butter on top of the crab mixture for added richness.
