First time trying these and they were absolutely delicious! So unfortunate the season for these is so short but very happy I was finally able to try them.
Despite being born and bred on the East Coast, lobster isn’t my thing. But I LOVE fiddleheads. Unfortunately, my North Carolina grocery store sells them once every 10 years or so. Thank God for the internet and mail order delivery. Just gotta remember to wash and blanche them in boiling salted water as soon as they arrive because they don’t last long in the fridge otherwise (they will also freeze more nicely).
